Brenna Bradbury

紐約Om Factory空中特技總監,國際空中瑜珈、空中舞蹈、空中環、綢吊等高階教練,美國空中特技舞蹈2015-16錦標賽亞軍。世界知名的空中飛人,曾在美國各地以及台灣、泰國、越南、韓國、馬來⻄亞、厄瓜多爾、智利和多明尼加共和國的工作室教授空中系列工作坊和教師培訓。作為一名空中運動員,Brenna在 2015 年美國空中錦標賽絲綢賽區亞軍,並入選 2016 年美國空中錦標賽空中環賽區決賽。她曾在紐約市的多家娛樂公司配合演出,並作為專業藝術家在 The Box、The Slipper Room、The Diamond Horseshoe、Galapagos Art Space 和House of Yes 等場所表演。她最難忘的表演包括外百老匯演出《地下酒吧娃娃屋:午夜嬉戲》;在自由劇院,以及在印度孟買舉行的 Zee Entertainment 25 週年獎頒獎典禮。( English Bellow >> )
Director of Aerial Stunts at the Om Factory in New York City, International Aerial Yoga, Aerial Dance, Aerial Loop, Silk Sling, and other advanced instructors, US Aerial Stunts and Dance 2015-16 Championship Runner-up.A world-renowned aerialist, he has taught aerial workshops and teacher trainings in studios throughout the United States as well as in Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam, Korea, Malaysia, Ecuador, Chile and the Dominican Republic.As an aerialist, Brenna was runner-up in the Silk Division of the 2015 USA Aerial Championships and was selected as a finalist in the Aerial Ring Division of the 2016 USA Aerial Championships. She has performed with various entertainment companies in New York City and as a professional artist at venues such as The Box, The Slipper Room, The Diamond Horseshoe, Galapagos Art Space and House of Yes. Some of her most memorable performances include the Off-Broadway production of "Underground Bar Dollhouse: Midnight Follies"; at the Liberty Theater; and at the Zee Entertainment 25th Anniversary Awards in Mumbai, India.

Shy老師是韓國Atti空中瑜珈教室(아띠플라잉요가)的負責人及瑜珈老師。從8歲開始習舞的她,一路專攻了12年的韓國舞蹈至20歲為止。由於長期膝蓋疼痛導致無法繼續跳舞,所以在2013年,即21歲時進入江原大學就讀IT相關領域,期間對於因治療膝蓋而學習的皮拉提斯逐漸產生興趣,種下未來踏上瑜珈教學者之路的種子。在持續練習下,老師於2015年取得師資證照並開始教學,至今已長達8年。為了導正大眾認為空中瑜珈困難且危險的觀念,在2018年成立空中瑜珈教室,除了教授以一般大眾為對象的課程,也有開設以老師們為對象的工作坊、培訓,並借此持續宣傳以安全為前提的空中瑜珈。( English Bellow >> )
Ms. Shy is the director and yoga teacher of Atti Air Yoga Studio (아띠플라잉요가) in Korea. She started dancing at the age of 8 and specialized in Korean dance for 12 years until the age of 20. Due to chronic knee pain that prevented her from dancing, she enrolled in Kangwon University in 2013 at the age of 21 to study IT, and during that time, she became interested in Pilates, which she had been learning to treat her knee, and planted the seed for her future career as a yoga instructor.With continued practice, she obtained her teacher's license in 2015 and began teaching for eight years. In order to correct the public's perception that aerial yoga is difficult and dangerous, she established the Aerial Yoga Classroom in 2018, which not only teaches classes for the general public, but also offers workshops and trainings for teachers, and continues to publicize aerial yoga with safety in mind.
